What to Expect in This Role:
  • Request and analyze medical records for risk assessments and policy setting to ensure sustainable and profitable business operations
  • Provide expert advice on risk assessments and policy decisions to cross-functional Petline teams
  • Collaborate with the Team Lead and Petline Veterinary Medical Director for risk assessment guidance
  • Prepare customer correspondence and insurance documentation
  • Contribute to enhancing the policy risk role through process improvement initiatives
Qualifications Needed:
  • Registered Veterinary Technician/Technologist (RVT) or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of veterinary practice experience preferred
  • Post-secondary education in animal health
  • Bilingual French proficiency required
  • Prior insurance experience considered an advantage
