What YOU Will Bring
years' experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources;

  • A postsecondary degree or diploma, or a combination of education and industry experience;
  • A proven track record of fullcycle recruitment success and team collaboration;
  • A reputation for building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Bilingualism in French and English (oral and written) considered an asset;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong computer skills paired with enthusiasm for innovation;
  • Experience recruiting construction management professionals and/or trades is considered an asset.
