Résumé du poste:
Responsable de la mise en place de la salle d'examen selon les exigences spécifiques ainsi que de s'assurer que l'équipement et les installations fonctionnent correctement. Administrer la livraison des examens électroniques et papier et la documentation correspondante. Traiter les problèmes des étudiants et les diriger vers le support informatique, l'administrateur des examens ou le professeur, si nécessaire. S'assurer que les étudiants respectent les règlements relatifs à l'examen. Est responsable de signaler tout comportement des étudiants ou d'autres personnes qui ne respecte pas les règlements de l'Université. S'assurer que tous les appareils électroniques mobiles et accessibles sur le Web sont récupérés auprès des étudiants avant le début de l'examen et rendus à leur départ. S'assurer que les étudiants sont accompagnés aux toilettes. Alerte le professeur ou l'administrateur de l'examen lorsque les étudiants ont une question. À la fin de la période d'examen, ramasser tout le matériel d'examen et s'assurer que rien n'est oublié dans la ou les salles d'examen. Faire un compte rendu au professeur ou à l'administrateur des examens et s'assurer de la remise des examens.
