Material Planner (18 Month Contract) Location : Baie D'Urfé, Canada; Hybride, 37,5 heures/semaine Principales responsabilités- Gestion du processus d'approvisionnement
- Assurer l'approvisionnement optimal des produits en fonction des besoins en utilisant le logiciel d'approvisionnement (ERP)
- Placer toutes les commandes
- Entrer Jes donnees pour toutes les commandes
- Assurer le reapprovisionnement des produits en tenant compte des capacites de reception, d'entreposage et de rotation de I'entrepot
- Etablir Jes priorites de reception et prelevement de matieres premieres et articles de conditionnement pour permettre une mise en disponibilite pour la fabrication et/ou le conditionnement
- Faire Jes ajustements necessaires au plan d'approvisionnement selon Jes changements appmtes au plan de production
- Generer et analyser Jes differents indicateurs de perfmmance relatifs au processus d'approvisionnement
- Suivre et atteindre Jes objectifs fixes de taux de service, niveaux de stock, rotation et perfonnance foumisseur requis
- Identifier differentes pistes d'amelioration en vue de l'atteinte des objectifs
- Prendre/elaborer des plans d'action visant l'atteinte des objectifs :
- Influencer/recommander: assurer le role d'expe11 en approvisionnement
- Communiquer (retard, risque, decision...)
- Escalader au besoin
- Mobiliser et impliquer les autres secteurs a l'atteinte des objectifs
- Prendre en charge le suivi des actions et plans d'action
- Gerer Jes perfmmances des foumisseurs quanta leur niveau de service, delai de livraison et confonnite
- Effectuer et controler le suivi des commandes directement avec Jes foumisseurs
- Lors d'une situation critique, identifier Jes matieres et en faire un suivi serre pour en assurer la disponibilite
- Diplome universitaire premier cycle en gestion des operations et logistique, ou dipl6me d'etude collegial avec une experience pertinente.
- 5-10 ans d'experience dans le meme domaine ou un domaine connexe.
- Connaissance (niveau intermediaire-avance) de MS Excel et de systemes MRP
- Comprehension du processus d'approvisionnement.
- Connaissance de I' industrie pharmaceutique
- Assurance collective complète dès la première journée (médicale, dentaire, invalidité, voyage, etc.); Prime payée par l'employeur à 85%
