About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Material Planner to join our team at Galderma. As a Material Planner, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring optimal product availability, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business needs
  • Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and contracting with suppliers
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to meet customer demands
  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain operations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure high-quality products and services
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Generate and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure procurement performance
  • Meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs) with suppliers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MRP systems
  • Understanding of procurement processes and procedures
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
