The Investment Legal Advisor will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to the Investment team on a variety of legal matters.

The successful candidate will be expected to review and draft legal documents, provide legal advice on investment transactions, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.


The ideal candidate should have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and be a member in good standing of the Quebec Bar.

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal field, with a focus on investment transactions.

The candidate should also have a strong understanding of the legal and regulatory environment in which the company operates.
