Monitor the progress of projects and milestones, involving technical leaders when required. Participate in the resources' planning of projects.In the absence of the centralized planner, take charge of the team assignments Follow the anomalies and their resolutions according to the objectives. Participate in project meetings as needed, particularly for complex projects and programs. Participate in project implementation schedule review meetings. Ensure that the processes and procedures in place are followed and respected during the execution of projects. Help the team in resolving obstacles on projects. Monitor the software and hardware developments of the product. Communicate regularly with the software and / or hardware development and software and / or hardware product creation teams. Replace the project execution leader when the leader is absent (eg for holidays).
