Office Administrator

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Manage and maintain all files, databases, and records, including new entries into the system.
  • Protect client's private information
  • Maintain and update records in the system.
  • Manage the calendar and appointments for the company.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Experience:

  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role (i.e., Office Administration, Bookkeeper, or Business Development).
  • Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
  • Excellent ability to offer information and resources relation to mental health services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary:
From $16.95 per hour
