Office Administrator
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage and maintain all files, databases, and records, including new entries into the system.
- Protect client's private information
- Maintain and update records in the system.
- Manage the calendar and appointments for the company.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Experience:
- 2 years of experience in an administrative role (i.e., Office Administration, Bookkeeper, or Business Development).
- Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
- Excellent ability to offer information and resources relation to mental health services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Salary:
From $16.95 per hour
