Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Executive is a sales-oriented professional who values productivity and customer engagement. This role will focus on providing excellent customer service and acquiring additional revenue streams from new and existing clientele.

What you are great at doing:
  • Meet or exceed all assigned monthly quotas and sales targets
  • Understand sales cycles in conjunction with business processes internally and externally
  • Meet and exceed the sales activity metrics designed to make you productive and successful
  • Documenting information into Salesforce CRM as you are speaking with customers
  • Communicating with customers by phone and email
  • Understanding customers' needs and discuss solutions (additional products/services)
  • Quoting and calculating rates for new services accurately
  • Summarizing the agreement and explain next steps
  • Interacting with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Working simultaneously with multiple computer applications and databases
  • Using multi-line phone systems
  • Meeting the measures of success and strive for continuous improvement
What you need to be successful:
  • 2+ years of account management or sales experience
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced and high-energy environment
  • Coachable and flexible
  • Self-Motivated and able and the ability to quickly build productive relationships in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
