Reporting to the Program Manager - Client Delivery, we are seeking a detail oriented Project Analyst to deliver on the technical implementation of 3D content and story(ies) for VRIFY clients.


Who You Are:

As a Project Analyst you are part of the Project Delivery Team. You are a futuristic thinker and strong communicator who can juggle multiple clients and timelines simultaneously. Organized is an understatement.

You enjoy collaborating with industry experts and our Client Delivery team which consist of Customer Service Managers (CSM), Data, Content, Strategic Advisors (SA), and Production to deepen your knowledge of new domains and technologies.

You will partner directly with senior level executives and technical specialists from our client companies to deliver timely and compelling representations of their story in our VRIFY platform.

The Project Analyst will task Data and Content to ensure we meet the clients timelines while working closely with CSM and the SA to ensure they deliver polished captivating representations of the client's story using the VRIFY platform in a timely manner.


You should have:

  • Minimum of 2 years professional experience utilising strong client service and technical delivery of a software product (bonus for mining technology).
  • A background in mineral exploration/mining, geology, and/or 3D modelling systems.
  • Project Management experience: proven in managing multiple simultaneous deliverables, developing scope, and managing timelines.

Standard Tools:

Well-versed in using Google Suites, Dropbox, Asana for the creation of project documents and presentations within the VRIFY Platform.


  • Customer Focus: Dedicated to understanding and fulfilling client needs. Proven ability to build exceptional working relationships across a diverse group of client stakeholders, get to the root of their required outcomes through the use of technology and drive towards them.
  • Exceptional communication skills: Mature, confident and sensitive to the needs of clients (internal and external) of all abilities. Comfort and confidence leading 'in person' live sessions through Zoom or Google Meet.
  • Strong decisionmaking, multitasking, verbal/written communication, and analytical skills.
  • Skilled in content creation in developing presentations and documents by utilizing established guidelines and templates.
  • Time Management: Efficient in managing personal time to meet tight project deadlines.
  • A strong drive for continued learning and growth. Proactive mindset, constantly thinking outside the box to employ creative solutions. Aptitude for learning and developing expertise in new technologies such as AI and domains.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the successful launch and ongoing engagement of VRIFY clients by managing and delivering multiple customer content projects in parallel.
  • Content creation which includes collection and organisation of data files, assignment/prioritisation of tasks with 3D, Data and Production teams.
  • Deliver a consultant perspective on building VRIFY content through the launch process.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand requirements and provide updates.
  • Facilitate content review sessions with clients, document and action feedback
  • Resolve complex issues by making timely, quality decisions or escalations.
  • Gain and maintain an expert understanding of VRIFY's suite of products as well as best practices in our clients' industry.
  • Collect, analyse, and interpret project data highlighting any areas of concern or opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with CSMs to ensure longterm customer success.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Geology or related field.
  • GIS Certificate preferred.
