Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure proper follow-up on the monthly content calendar;
Ensure alignment to the communication strategy, tone, and brand image;
Support the marketing team in managing contests, giveaways, and other digital projects;
Create, send, analyze, and follow up on the annual B2C/B2B survey;
Integrate and publish social media content;
Manage and develop our online community (LinkedIn, IG, and TikTok);
Stay informed about new developments, current events, trends, and best practices on social media;
Integrate web projects in collaboration with the eCommerce Manager;
Provide any other assistance to the marketing and sales team as needed.

Bilingual (speaks and writes English fluently)
Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent ability to express ideas clearly and effectively both orally and in writing
University degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Marketing, Communication, or another related field.
A minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience in marketing/communications.
Knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
Experience in writing marketing documents.
Solid project management skills.
