We're looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our Launch Services team in Montreal. You will be responsible for overseeing the steps of the customer's onboarding process from start to finish. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers during the onboarding process.

What you'll be doing:

  • Conducting kickoff calls with customers to outline processes and manage customer expectations of the onboarding process
  • Ensuring customer training is completed throughout onboarding process
  • Scheduling internal resources to complete projectrelated tasks, such as the hardware installation, starting the customer billing cycle, or setting up payments processing
  • Communicate with the customer on the status of the implementation and send reminders of upcoming training dates
  • Managing your own segment of customers who are working through the onboarding process
  • Maintaining consistent and timely updates to the customer based on task completion and customer responsibilities during onboarding
  • Updating customer records in our CRM and other webbased tools to reflect project updates and timelines
  • Managing the amount of time for customers to move from sales close to the time they're using the system
  • Ensuring great customer satisfaction ratings.

  • Knowledge of the Golf Industry
  • Excellent communication skills in English both verbally and written
  • Experience resource planning and task assignment in a nonsupervisory role
  • Experience with the retail, hospitality or golf industries (asset)
  • Fluency in French (asset)
  • Experience with Hubspot or Salesforce (asset)
  • Experience with ChurnZero (asset)
