Responsibilities:

  • Mentoring kitchen staff to ensure that they are able to consistently produce highquality dishes
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to execute 5 course seasonal tasting menu.
  • Engage with the front of house team to ensure that the dining experience is coordinated and smooth
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, in compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record as a Chef or Cook in a professional kitchen ideally with experience in a leadership role
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines, including modern techniques and trends
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
