If you are passionate about Agriculture and are the a leader come work for Sharpe Farm Supplies. We are an independently owned retail outlet for farm-related products. We specialize in field crop production, feed supplies, and grain handling.

Starting as a farm-based business, we have grown into a provider of products, services, and knowledge and are looking for someone to lead the Sales team.

Job Responsibilities

On-farm sales calls for both existing customers and prospects while supporting team initiatives.

Gain and promote knowledge of products and services offered.

Support customers questions and provide relative solutions.

Meet training and performance objectives for the team through coaching and relationships between team and customers.

Assets
Previous experience in ag-retail business would be an asset. Completion or interest of the Certified Crop Advisor program. Knowledge of I.P. soybean and grain marketing programs. An active interest/participant in community events.
