**SOMMAIRE DU POSTE**

Relevant du Superviseur, Approvisionnement, vous aurez pour mission d'assurer l'exécution des activités d'analyse du département d'achats ainsi que les activités d'achats matières premières en lien avec la validation des besoins clients, appel d'offre, négociations, contrat, commande et suivi et également, d'assurer le suivi et l'évaluation des fournisseurs.

**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS**:
**Gestion des besoins internes**

S'assure de compléter les analyses en lien avec les besoins de l'entreprise.

S'assure d'une analyse exhaustive des besoins de son client interne

Garantit l'égalité d'information de l'ensemble des fournisseurs (spécifications, réponses aux questions).

Établit et/ou valide le tableau de choix fournisseurs (comparatif, argumentation choix)

Participe à la prise de décision par ses recommandations.

Chiffre ou valide la demande finale d'achat

Développe une connaissance des pratiques d'achats groupe et extra groupe (presse) pour pouvoir conseiller les demandeurs

**Négociation / Gestion des appels d'offre**

Analyse les informations (en interne) sur les fournisseurs et complète une évaluation de ces derniers

Vérifie périodiquement la santé financière des fournisseurs clés

Assure une veille des marchés fournisseurs, des techniques et des stratégies

Propose de nouveaux fournisseurs potentiels (sourcing et audits)

Lance l'appel d'offres

Établit et signe les commandes

Assure les rencontres avec les fournisseurs dans une logique de partenariat

Identifie les leviers de négociation et élabore les stratégies.

Analyse les offres et définit avec le demandeur le choix du fournisseur

Gère les négociations et les conditions de l'offre avec les fournisseurs

**Gestion des engagements contractuels / litiges**

Assure le suivi des engagements fournisseurs (délais, qualité, prix)

Envoie les documents contractuels aux fournisseurs et assure le suivi des accusés de réception

Valide les factures avec écarts et libère les acomptes à la commande

Diffuse à l'interne (comptabilité, demandeurs) les contrats et ententes

Est garant du suivi des commandes et du respect des délais par le fournisseur

Assure le renouvellement ou la mise en appel d'offres des contrats avant échéance

Renégocie les engagements contractuels en cas de modifications ou litiges

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Baccalauréat en administration des affaires/Finance. Le titre A.P.A. de l'ACGA est un atout.

Excellente connaissance du français et de l'anglais tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.

Habilité supérieure en relation interpersonnelle, le poste requérant beaucoup d'interaction à l'interne avec différents niveaux hiérarchiques et également à l'externe. Très bon esprit d'équipe. Personne stratégique et autonome. Fortes habilités de négociations. Expérience en gestion de projets, un atout. Souci du détail dans la préparation des contrats et communication avec le service Légal pour révision des contrats. Habilité à travailler dans un environnement en mouvement constant avec un minimum de supervision.

Horaire et lieu de travail en lien avec les politiques de l'entreprise.

Voyagement requis: 1 à 2 voyages d'affaires par année

Connaissance des concepts et systèmes MRP/ERP (SAP modules Achat et Material Master).

Très bonne connaissance des systèmes MS Office, incluant Excel avancé, Word et PowerPoint.
