About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Planning Supervisor to join our team at Beauté Star, a leading beauty and personal care retailer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the inventory planning process to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient allocation.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to inform teams on product performance and trends.
- Collaborate with buyers to evaluate stock assortment and make recommendations to drive business growth.
- Lead and motivate a team of allocation analysts to achieve business objectives.
- Manage markdowns and promotional strategies to maximize sales and revenue.
- Participate in internal meetings to discuss new launches and promotions.
Requirements:
- University degree in business or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years relevant retail experience, preferably in inventory planning or a related field.
- Team management experience and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- ERP system knowledge and advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Analytical and multitasking abilities, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Bilingual with proficiency in French and English.
