**À PROPOS DU POSTE**:
En tant qu'analyste financier pour l'équipe de planification et d'analyse financières, vous serez responsable des prévisions et de l'analyse, ainsi que du développement de modèles qui prennent en charge de la qualité unité commerciale. Vous aiderez à identifier et à analyser de nouvelles opportunités de croissance au-delà des approches existantes pour améliorer davantage l'entreprise et maintenir une croissance rentable.
En tant qu'analyste financier, vous:
- Diriger le processus de prévision et d'analyse financière pour l'unité commerciale Plusgrade
- Soutenir le processus sur les revues d'activité et les communications avec les parties prenantes, y compris la collaboration au sein de l'organisation pour saisir les progrès par rapport au plan d'activité, les mises à jour clés sur les priorités, les risques et l'identification des opportunités
- Modélisez, rationalisez et suivez les nouvelles opportunités de revenus pour les partenaires existants
- Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour s'assurer que les modèles tiennent compte des impacts
- Analyser les données et les performances des partenaires pour identifier les tendances, les risques et les opportunités
- Prise en charge de l'analyse des fuites de revenus et des opportunités
- Aider à la création de rapports, à la maintenance et à l'analyse des tableaux de bord KPI
- Participer à la planification des revenus annuels et aux prévisions mensuelles
- Analyse ad hoc des performances et assistance aux directeurs généraux, au besoin
**VOUS ÊTES UNE PERSONNE AVEC**:
- 3+ années d'expérience dans des rôles similaires
- CMA/ CPA-CMA de préférence
- Une expérience de voyage et / ou de commerce électronique est préférée
- Capacité à analyser les données et à faire des recommandations exploitables avec un minimum de direction
- Orienté vers les résultats avec un sens de l'urgence
- Orienté client, s'efforce de dépasser les attentes des clients internes et externes
- Communicateur clair, cohérent et fiable
- Compétences avancées en Excel requises
