About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Analyst Intern. As a key member of our IT Financial Compliance team, you will be responsible for participating in meetings to validate our IT financial processes and controls, validating the proper functioning of our IT financial controls, and supporting team members in their tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in meetings to validate our IT financial processes and controls, including managing access to our key systems, change management, and managing the transfer of information between our key systems.
  • Validate the proper functioning of our IT financial controls.
  • Support team members in their tasks.
  • Support the data analyst in their tasks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, concentration in accounting, management of information systems, or business intelligence, in progress.
  • Be curious and like to learn.
  • Have attention to detail.
  • Enjoy teamwork.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel (vlookup, xlookup, pivot table).
  • Be bilingual (English and French).
  • Be available 35 hours a week from May 5 to August 22.
  • Be returning to school in Fall following your internship.
