Summary
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing manager. The Sales Coordinator acts as the main support to the Account Owner's management of their customer portfolio.

The SC conducts a wide variety of customer centric transactions in a timely manner to ensure ZIM's commercial targets and KPI's are achieved.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the principle point of contact for customer rate requests and ongoing price negotiations.
  • Manage rate and free time filing in ZIM's Lead to Agreement (L2A) system.
  • Monitor and manage account's business volume and revenue metrics within the ZIM CRM and ZIM Compass systems.
  • Monitor customer's booking allocation and materialization.
  • Interact with other ZIM offices within our global agency network to assist with account related and commercial matters.
  • Support AO with customer interactions, information and marketing efforts.
  • Requests free time extension approvals from the ZIM Business Unit.
  • Target and develop new business opportunities.
  • Assist customers with a variety of other operational, customer service and commercial inquiries.

Location:
Toronto, ON or Montreal, QC

Schedule:
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, hybrid work schedule

Requirements:

Three to five years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese is a bonus
