JOB STATEMENT:


Reporting to the Manager of Compensation, the successful candidate will be responsible for the administrative requirements for the accounting department of IDC WIN.

The candidate must be detail-oriented with solid communication skills.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Reviewing and reconciling bank statements;
  • Allocating and booking revenues in Excel;
  • Reviewing bills and issuing monthly invoices to inhouse advisors;
  • Distributing advisor correspondence; and
  • Performing other administrative functions as required and assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Postsecondary education
  • Working knowledge of the individual insurance industry, financial services products and the MGA distribution channel
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written
  • Detailoriented and accurate
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple and conflicting priorities
  • Working knowledge of MultiView, Excel, Outlook, and Wealthserve

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $42,000 to $50,000, commensurate with experience. Employees are also eligible to participate in the group benefits plan starting on their first day of employment.
