Job Title: Corporate Compensation Analyst

PHSA is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Compensation Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Physician Compensation Programs team, you will be responsible for analyzing and documenting physician compensation issues, preparing complex contracts, and providing expert advice to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, research, and analyze physician compensation issues related to policy, contracting, service models, funding applications, and reporting requirements.
  • Prepare highly complex physician clinical and medical administrative contracts, salary agreements, and letters of agreement for a portfolio of PHSA agencies.
  • Provide expert advice and support to agency physician administrators on physician compensation matters, reviewing contracting requests to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate and provide complex analysis concerning the MoH/PHSA Contracted Physician Resource Plan (CPRP) for physician services spanning all PHSA's Agencies.
  • Plan and implement projects and initiatives across PHSA agencies related to Physician Compensation, in collaboration with the Corporate Manager, Physician Compensation.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field, plus 5-7 years of related experience, including contract administration, financial administration, and variance analysis.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public relations skills, with superior analytical skills and ability to identify, interpret, assess, and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to plan, implement, and problem-solve independently, with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
