Snow Removal Crew Lead

Day begins at 5 AM. Snow Removal at various sites around Edmonton, we provide work trucks. Crew Lead position starting at 25 per hour.
Class 5 license, abstract and minimum of three years continuous driver insurance history required.
Are you good with the outdoors, early mornings and want to stay active? Can you drive and do you have a decent abstract? Can you lift up to 50 pounds? Drivers/Class 5 license is required.
Located in West Edmonton. Familiarity with small engines is an asset, however we are willing to train.
Depending on the snowfall, our equipment varies from snow shovel to snow blower, sometimes involving ice chipper, snow thrower etc.
Crew Lead position requires skid steer and trailer experience. In the summer we switch to landscaping and lawn maintenence and a later start time.
We pay out overtime at 1.5 hours for every 1 hour worked vs industry standard which is 1 for 1. Benefits after probation period.
