We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at MBD Landscaping & Snow Removal. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of landscaping projects, ensuring high-quality results and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive landscaping plans, including planting, maintenance, and renovation projects.
- Team Supervision: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to excel in their roles.
- Material Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support landscaping projects.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards, and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Client Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Operational Efficiency: Analyze and optimize landscaping operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in landscaping or a related field
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week
