Parts Advisor

To be successful, in addition to welcoming our customers, delivering excellent customer service, being highly organized and detail-oriented, the following basic job duties are required:
Basic Job Duties:
- Excellent communication skills
- Liaise with customers, service department, and service technicians to ensure accurate communication of parts ETA, estimated completion dates & potentially unforeseen circumstances
- Manage all aspects of purchase orders and parts receiving.
- Assist technicians in obtaining technical support when required
- May be required to assist with boat moving, afterservice cleaning & yard organization as required
- Proficient in MS Office
All our employees go through our in-house training program that is ongoing, as well as have the option to go to NAIT's Parts Technician course in the off-season.
Monthly bonus available after probation period ends.No experience is necessary, but the applicant should have some customer experience background and enjoy working with people as well as have a basic understadning of boats, powersports and lawn/ garden equipment.
Salary:
$18.00-$26.00 per hour
