We are seeking an
Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Clerk/Bookkeeper to join our team and provide support to our clients and staff.

We are looking for an individual that is highly motivated, has excellent communication skills, can learn quickly, and can work both in a team and independently.

Accounting clerk/Bookkeeping Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Answers and directs phone calls and supports onsite visitors
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Posting of accounts payable and printing cheques

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5 years of previous experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable/bookkeeping
  • Proficient with QuickBooks and office with word and excel a must
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education required.
  • 5 years of accounts receivable, accounts payable/bookkeeping experience.
  • Knowledge of appropriate software including QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Must be fluent in English language
