About the Role:

  • Demonstrate the value proposition to distribution partners.
  • Achieve annual new business sales, net growth & reenrollment objectives as assigned.
  • Develop and manage effective relationships with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting.
  • Monitor competition and evaluate market positioning.
  • Utilize Salesforce for reporting, forecasting, and metrics.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of voluntary product sales or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in generating and analyzing reports for sales enhancement.
  • Knowledge of employee benefits and/or life/health insurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Salesforce.
  • Licensed agent in resident state for Life & Health.
  • Demonstrated success in related sales methodology.
