Intelligent Operations (IntOps) is a new TI (Technology Infrastructure) wide initiative that will transform of infrastructure services are provisioned, managed and consumed.

This role will be responsible for managing data life cycle, for the data required for the IntOps, from sourcing to consumption across all TI services, managing analytics creation, collaboration across TI and Enterprise teams

Intelligent Ops is a highly visible multi-year initiative transforming infrastructure services with modern AI/GenAI capabilities to enable self-service capabilities for the business from on-boarding to consumption to incident management

Partner with the teams across TI on identifying data required for introducing AI/GenAI and introducing / enhancing infrastructure services intelligence

Establish and track roadmap, resources and risks

Build KPI, track KPI, collaborate with teams in building required data capabilities and complying with the KPI

Collaborate with the Intelligent Ops stream program director with focus on providing update, proactively identifying and managing risks, and keeping project on track

Create and maintain reports for the senior management

Chair recurring meetings with the stakeholders and senior management

Create and maintain detailed templates for data collection. 5+ years experience managing end to end large scale programs including ability to hold stakeholders accountable.

Experience in managing relationships and collaboration across various level within organization including executives.

5+ years experience building presentations and leading presentations to the senior management.

Experience managing program risks including financial and 3rd party.


Program management certification or equivalent with proven track record of delivering at least 2 large scale program backed by the data points.

Experience managing Infrastructure related projects / programs.
