The Role: In the position of Senior Architect, you will spearhead the design of state-of-the-art healthcare facilities that prioritize patient comfort, staff efficiency, and operational success. Working directly under one of our esteemed Partners, you will take on increasing responsibilities that will both challenge and inspire you along the journey.

Your Mission:
  • Work alongside clients to shape the vision for new construction projects, from conceptualization to completion.
  • Lead and guide internal production teams to deliver exceptional outcomes, encompassing master planning, feasibility studies, and financial assessments.
  • Drive the conceptualization and design of healthcare structures and modifications, ensuring a seamless integration of spatial planning, form, function, and aesthetics.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients, consultants, and construction teams, facilitating clear communication and project triumph.
  • Advocate for the Healthcare segment within the firm, providing visionary guidance and strategic leadership.
  • Contribute significantly to client relations and business development endeavors, highlighting our expertise and securing new projects through compelling proposals and presentations.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Architectural Design and project management, especially within the healthcare domain.
  • AIBC Registration
  • An innovative mindset coupled with a drive to challenge traditional design boundaries.
  • Outstanding leadership qualities with a proven history of mentoring and motivating teams towards excellence.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering enduring relationships with clients and stakeholders.
