We are looking for a self-motivated individual with great communication skills to fill this position, which is essential to our organization.


The Project Coordinator manages the entire Project Management Process for retail and large custom cabinet orders by coordinating designated jobs from point of sale through to project completion.


The Project Coordinator will work in a fast-paced but casual environment and play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by actively engaging necessary staff, Designers, Installers, Installation Manager, Service Technicians, Site Superintendents, and Homeowners in a wide range of customer service scenarios while adhering to our safety program, upholding our quality control standards, and making sure building codes are followed.


Key responsibilities:

  • Communicate with the appropriate Manager regarding recurring issues and concerns that are identified.
  • Communicate with Site Superintendents or Homeowners on any site issues, date changes or site safety concerns.
  • Email Builders, Homeowners, and Designers completion reports for work orders completed after possession, cabinet finals and PO requests.

Knowledge and skills required:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service.
  • Residential cabinet industry or equivalent experience in the residential construction industry would be beneficial
  • Knowledgeable in the fundamentals of kitchen cabinet installation
  • Can read, interpret and compose work orders
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Must be capable of typing a minimum of 45 words per minute
  • Excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills, along with good interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant telephone manner
  • Must be able to work independently with mínimal direct supervision and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical/data entry skills required
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Types:

Salary:
$22.00-$26.00 per hour
