We are currently hiring a
Part-Time Deli Clerk to serve our members and customers at our Grocery & Hardware Store in St.

Malo, Manitoba.

What you'll do:

  • Live our brand, "You're at Home Here" by presenting a positive, collaborative, and professional image of the organization to all customers, visitors, suppliers, and team members.

Responsibility.

  • Assist in driving sales, margins, and offering ideas to generate revenue.
  • Ensure merchandising, production, and health & safety standards are maintained.
  • Complete all department tasks in a timely manner.
  • Prepare food.
  • Handle of raw foods.
  • Slice meat and preparing platters.
  • Stock product and shelf rotation.
  • Operate ovens and fryers to prepare hot foods and preparing and serving of cold food items.
  • This position requires ample amounts of standing, twisting, bending, and lifting.
  • You have the ability to lift up to 50lbs.

  • You exhibit good safety awareness and judgment.
  • You have a minimum of 1 year experience in retail and/or customer service.
  • You have or are willing to obtain training/certification relating to health and safety, safe food handling, and WHMIS.
  • You are available to work flexible shifts to support our retail which includes some weekends.
