Responsibilities:

  • Establish project scope based on client's budget, business, technical, creative, and strategic goals
  • Expertly prepare for all client meetings and lead all calls with investment, energy, and enthusiasm
  • Ensure project/updates scope is clearly defined to client and internally and that work is done on time and within budget
  • Gather content from client as needed and make sure the client is fully aware of what is needed when to avoid project delays
  • Serve as the liaison between the creative team and the client to establish expectations, provide status updates, hand off project deliverables, field feedback, and more
  • Work with the design team to make sure that client vision is accurately represented in designs created/presented
  • Create successfully achieved project timelines that define expected completion dates, milestones, and who is responsible for each task
  • Ability to make a strong case while listening and remaining open to other perspectives
  • Manage the creative department project schedules, budgets, and scopes
  • Take full ownership on all account activities to be the single point of contact both internally and to the client
  • Results orientation and willingness to improve process
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and motivate both with and without authority
  • Create requirements documents, design specifications, technical specifications, project schedules, project documentation, and other deliverables
  • Ability to work effectively and dependably in remote environments
  • Confidence to effectively present wellreasoned options to decision makers
  • Take ownership of QA testing to make sure the work being done by the team is meeting or exceeding client's expectations.

Pay:
$30.00-$60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
