As Manager, GFO Project Management and Implementation you are Leader of North America based GFO Team and key member of our Global management team.

You are the Finance professional who carries strong vision with efficient and effective communication and collaboration skills. You get inspired and enjoy working in dynamic environment. You see the big picture and provide fact-based insights that facilitate continuous improvement and implementation of value-adding solutions.

You are able successfully manage several parallel projects and change initiatives and drive change through operative organization across different functions and teams.

You are playing a key role in assisting and supporting also Leap Forward organization and other stakeholders by being an active member of Leap Forward project team.

You see transformation as an opportunity and stay positive despite of potential challenges. You are persistent and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive forward sustainable change.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage GFO NA project portfolio, development roadmap and implementation projects in cooperation with process owners
  • Manage specific GFO development and implementation projects
  • Manage development and implementation project schedules, resourcing, budget, communication, reporting, risk management and change management in cooperation with all related stakeholders to execute successful implementations
  • Ensure high standards, quality and compliance and realization of expected benefits
  • Strive and support continuous improvement in GFO
  • Review continuous development proposals and execute costbenefit analysis to assist and support decision making
  • Assist and support GFO, Leap Forward organization and other stakeholders in developing processes and tools in alignment with LEAP Forward program and Infor LN implementation
  • Coordinate and participate validation and testing of new solutions and functionalities, running rollout and rollin activities by being an active member of the project teams.
  • Create and maintain network of internal and external business partners to elaborate the change

Requirements:

  • Understanding and experience of developing and managing finance processes, tools, and organizations preferably in publicly listed international company
  • Strong experience in project management and developing people's competencies and skills
  • Technologyoriented mindset and interest to find new solutions by utilizing digitalization and latest technologies
  • Selfmotivated leadership with ability to roll up sleeves when working across teams and functions to influence action
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and networking skills with ability to deliver complex messages in an effective way
  • Ability to work well under pressure, identify critical topics and keep others positive and motivated
  • Understanding of Valmet business model and way of working
  • Leadership track record (5+ years) gained in finance positions
  • Master's Degree in Finance or equivalent
  • Fluent in English and French both in written and verbal, competence in other languages is an advantage
  • Ability to travel
