The analyst will be responsible for the calculation and analysis of costs for these two divisions. Balance inventory items at the end of the month and complete the associated analyses
Calculate Inventory Provision
Analyze purchase and production variances and other financial analyses
Maintain the various performance indicators
Contribute to margin improvement through the analysis and sharing of relevant data and information
Propose improvements to existing accounting and financial processes
Ensure that good internal controls are maintained
Participate in the year-end inventory count
Does not let important details slip through the cracks or derail a project and manages multiple priorities at a time in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about quality, results and progress

Technical knowledge:
Analytical ability to research issues and draw appropriate conclusions
Able to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions from it; Bilingualism French/English (spoken and written)
Excellent knowledge of Excel (essential)
Advanced technical skills (Microsoft Office, PBI and Microsoft Dynamics AX an asset)
Specialization or experience in management accounting
