We are currently seeking a
Working Supervisor to join our team in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia, a charming community with a thriving outdoor lifestyle.


As a
Working Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the daily operations of our team run smoothly and efficiently.

You will spend 75% of your day working in production and 25% planning, monitoring the performance of employees, organizing workflow, coaching, and training staff, and ensuring all health and safety requirements are met.

There are a few things that will help you excel in this role:

Skills:

  • Experience supervising a small team and being part of a large team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize work tasks and delegate effectively
  • Strong focus on quality and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with paperwork and recordkeeping
  • Standard computer and Microsoft Office experience

Qualifications:

  • Forklift experience
  • Background in supervision
  • Basic computer and paperwork experience

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

  • Local to Bridgewater, with multiple worksites
  • Indoor | outdoor industrial environment
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs on occasion

Work Schedule and Salary:

  • Fulltime, permanent position
  • Monday to Friday, day shift, with occasional weekend and overtime work
  • Salary range: $ $29.00 per hour, based on job alignment
  • Medical, dental and retirement plan
  • Own vehicle and valid driver's license required
