About the Role:
Savers is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the success of our store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
- Provide coaching and training to sales associates to improve their skills and performance.
