Role Responsibilities
As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and mentoring team members to achieve store objectives and enhance customer experience.
- Making strategic decisions that influence store performance and drive operational excellence.
- Overseeing various departments including Front End, Production, and Community Donations.
