**About the role**

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un **Directeur de comptes Indemnisation **qui jouera un rôle essentiel dans le soutien de notre croissance.

En tant que Directeur de comptes, Indemnisation, vous serez responsable d'aider le gestionnaire, Chaîne d'approvisionnement, à gérer le réseau de la chaîne d'approvisionnement au Québec. Vous aurez à gérer les communications quotidiennes avec les fournisseurs afin d'établir les attentes en matière de rendement et de s'assurer que les objectifs sont atteints. Vous aurez également à mettre en œuvre des processus pour assurer une amélioration constante des opérations et des pratiques.

- Analyser les données s afin de mieux comprendre les opportunités et les défis de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
- Préparer des analyses, des présentations et des formations sur le rendement de la chaîne d'approvisionnement afin de les présenter aux fournisseurs et aux opérations internes pour les aider à atteindre leurs objectifs.
- Recommander et mettre en œuvre des stratégies opérationnelles afin améliorer les processus de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et maintenir le rendement des fournisseurs.
- Collaborer avec les opérations internes afin d'améliorer les résultats opérationnels et de maintenir la compétitivité de notre chaîne d'approvisionnement nationale.
- Assurer le maintien des lignes directrices et respecter les engagements contractuels avec les fournisseurs.
- Aider les fournisseurs dans les opérations en étant le point de contact afin de résoudre les problèmes de système et autres problématiques ayant un impact sur la performance de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
- Participer activement aux soutient des opérations lors d'une catastrophe naturelle.
- Faciliter une communication ouverte avec les fournisseurs pour créer et / ou maintenir des relations.

**Ce que vous mettez à profit**:

- Baccalauréat en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe ou toute combinaison d'études et d'expérience équivalentes.
- Minimum de cinq ans d'expérience en gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
- Solides compétences analytiques pour bâtir et réviser les rapports de performance des fournisseurs, ainsi que les interpréter
- Une solide compréhension de la relation entre les assureurs et les fournisseurs, grâce à une expérience antérieure de la gestion des fournisseurs.
- Expérience en communication et en service à la clientèle, y compris la diplomatie et le tact.
- Expérience et capacité de créer et de présenter des informations basées sur les données aux fournisseurs
- Connaissances avancées des outils de la Suite office : Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- La disponibilité pour des déplacements (20 %)
