**Lieu : Montréal (2020, boul. Robert-Bourassa)**:
L'équipe IT Finance fournit un soutien aux opérations informatiques avec une expertise financière. L'équipe est chargée de coordonner le processus de budgétisation et de prévision, de prodiguer des conseils sur les budgets pour atteindre nos objectifs, de suivre et de prévoir les écarts par rapport au plan, et de participer à divers travaux d'efficacité et ad hoc, tels que la participation à divers comités de pilotage. L'équipe joue un rôle central avec plusieurs équipes opérationnelles sur divers sujets tels que les processus financiers, la planification des ressources, la fin de mois, la documentation de nos processus et la formation de nos partenaires, la coordination entre les différents départements dont l'équipe de gestion de portefeuille de projets, etc.

**RÉSUMÉ DES RESPONSABILITÉS**:

- Superviser l'équipe de comptabilité opérationnelle et de reporting (OA&R) associée aux projets informatiques et aux fins de mois
- Coordonner les activités entre les différents groupes impliqués dans les activités de fin de mois en cours, le processus de budgétisation et de prévision afin d'optimiser l'utilisation des ressources
- Agir en tant que partenaire commercial principal pour un portefeuille spécifique pour les aider à comprendre les résultats financiers et influencer les décisions afin de les aligner sur la réalisation des objectifs financiers, fournir une analyse des écarts et des tendances des coûts
- Collaborer étroitement avec d'autres gestionnaires pour réaliser la transformation financière et évaluer le potentiel d'amélioration continue et fournir un suivi financier des initiatives de productivité interne

**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS**:

- Améliorer le suivi des coûts opérationnels de l'équipe informatique en créant de nouveaux tableaux de bord, en améliorant le suivi actuel et en participant aux réunions mensuelles
- Développer des outils pour fournir une meilleure vue générale des finances de l'équipe informatique mais aussi des détails importants pour fournir une transparence totale sur la compréhension des données financières telles que les taux pondérés, le paiement à l'utilisation, la capitalisation/amortissement et la vue consolidée avec une précision exemplaire et est accompagné par des explications détaillées et à valeur ajoutée
- Gérer et développer 4 à 5 employés dans l'équipe OA&R actuelle en ligne avec la transformation financière et la responsabilisation, construire un état d'esprit d'amélioration continue et une collaboration solide
- Responsable des processus de budgétisation et de planification financière.
- Assurer la documentation appropriée pour toutes les tâches de l'équipe et diriger la formation en ligne avec eux
- Agir en tant que partenaire d'affaires pour certains portefeuilles : analyse des écarts mensuels et annuels, processus de prévision et de budgétisation ou toute autre analyse financière ad hoc requise pour les charges internes et externes
- Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les opérations et les autres équipes financières
- Piloter les crédits R&D avec des consultants externes
- Responsable de la création de stratégies pour faciliter les processus au sein de l'organisation et doit être en mesure d'effectuer diverses tâches
- Créer des rapports concernant les stratégies à examiner par la haute direction en mettant l'accent sur les portefeuilles IS/ITS.

**QUALIFICATIONS/COMPÉTENCES**:

- BAC en comptabilité ou administration. Le titre de CPA est un atout important.
- Minimum 8 ans d'expérience pertinente en gestion de personnel.
- Très bonnes compétences en modélisation et capacité à présenter des données financières à des collègues non financiers.
- Pensée stratégique, fort leadership et capacité d'analyse et très bien organisé.
- Intérêt pour l'apprentissage des systèmes informatiques et la compréhension de la structure et des processus opérationnels.
