Responsibilities include matching and coding invoices, addressing A/P issues, handling expense reports, updating sub-ledger to G/L, and processing checks.
  • Validate, record, and send checks, including handling special requests
  • Assist during internal and external audits
  • Maintain orderly storage of invoices, checks, and documents by organizing, logging, scanning, and filing them
  • Ensure adherence to company policies during daily processes accurately and punctually
  • Execute full-cycle A/P
  • Manage departmental mail on a daily basis
  • Perform other assigned tasks
  • Provide assistance to internal business partners
  • Handle administrative duties for the AP/Finance Department
Job Requirements:
  • Prior experience in an A/P role preferred
  • Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with technical and financial backgrounds
  • AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business, or similar field preferred
  • Experience with invoices highly desirable
  • Practical knowledge of Invoice Payment
  • Understanding of Invoice Coding
  • Proficiency in Enter Invoices
  • Experience with Enter Vendor Invoices preferred
  • Competency with spreadsheets and databases
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures
