Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at Taxpeer Consultancy Services. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Standards Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
  • Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records, including journal entries, ledgers, and financial statements.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and accounting software, including QuickBooks and Simply Accounting.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work independently with minimal supervision.
