  • Experience in full service kitchen is desired
  • Flexible schedule (able to work evenings and weekends)

  • Ability to handle fast paced environment and stressful situations with a calm manner
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking methods
  • Team player with strong communication skills.
  • Immediate start

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance with standards set by the Chef
  • Inventory, Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line
  • Food preparation and portioning prior to service
  • Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Other tasks as assigned
