We are seeking a professional Building Operator to join our team This is a roving Operator role that will be responsible for the day-to-day operations for mainly industrial properties in Markham, Scarborough, Mississauga, Brampton, and other areas within the GTA, ensuring the buildings are run smoothly and efficiently.
The key responsibilities of this role include responding quickly and efficiently to all tenant and property management service requests, performing maintenance and minor repairs, working with various mechanical equipment (pumps, motors, fan coils, and air handling equipment), and minor plumbing work.
You will also coordinate major repairs and capital projects and oversee the preventative maintenance contracts and unscheduled repairs of HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, elevating devices, roofing, waste management, interior/exterior landscaping, and life safety systems.
