About the Role

You will ensure all our stores are functioning from an IT perspective and that they are able to make sales and manage stock.

You will also be responsible for providing support to the wider business in day-to-day IT requirements, user functionality and incidents. This is an important role providing exceptional service to our internal customers too.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Providing a professional and efficient first point of contact for IT incidents and Service Requests via phone and email.
  • Prioritising service requests and incidents to ensure a seamless and communicative IT service to end users.
  • Providing efficient and professional support for internal software and systems.
  • Achieving IT helpdesks targets and working with the wider team to solve issues and incidents in a quick, efficient, and professional manner.

About You

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Be a recent graduate with an IT Qualification or be studying towards this
  • 1-2 years work experience ideally in retail or a fast-paced customer focused environment
  • Have fabulous written and verbal communication skills
  • Have lots of patience and love to help solve problems
  • Be able to work autonomously and under pressure
  • Be confident with Microsoft and perhaps have Ontempo system experience (preferable but not necessary)

IT Support is provided over a broad range of working hours. Applicants will need to be flexible and this will involve working after normal hours and providing on-call support when required.
