About Our Client:

Our client is a leading player in the logistics warehousing and transportation industry, renowned for their asset-based and non-asset-based solutions.

As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a dedicated Account Executive to oversee and drive sales initiatives across Eastern Ontario.


Job Overview:

The Account Executive/Business development will play a critical role in developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing relationships within the Eastern Ontario region.

This position is ideal for a dynamic and results-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to achieving sales targets.


Must have 3pl experience
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to expand our market share.
Identify and target potential clients, generate leads, and achieve sales goals.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Coordinate with other teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of services.
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, using key sales metrics.

Requirements:

Proven sales experience, ideally within the logistics or transportation industry.
Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office.
Strong analytical skills to identify trends and challenges.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a track record of over-achieving quota.
