Primary Responsibilities:
- Providing personalized and exceptional guest experience at every given opportunity.
- Reports to kitchen manager.
- Preparations of menu items according to specifications and guest requests.
- Assist other team members as needed.
- Maintain a clean work area.
- Assists with quality control.
- Performs stock rotation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience within a kitchen environment (wage based on experience)
- Banquet experience an asset.
- Must be able to follow directions; think quickly and produce a premium product.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Selfmotivated.
