Concrètement, à quoi ressembleront tes journées?- Représenter EspaceProprio (DuProprio) dans différents événements marketing;-
- Se déplacer chez nos client-es pour expliquer le fonctionnement des outils et des services d'accompagnement qui sont à leur disposition;-
- Guider les client-es dans le choix de leur forfait DuProprio;-
- Prendre les photos intérieures et extérieures des propriétés (incluant les visites virtuelles 3D au besoin);-
- Assurer la croissance des revenus en atteignant différents objectifs d'affaires;-
- Gérer courriels, commandes, dossiers clients, appels, formations, etc.- Ce qu'il te faut pour être Représentant-e, ventes résidentielles chez nous?- Adorer le service à la clientèle et les ventes;-
- Avoir une facilité à manipuler les nouvelles technologies;-
- Être détenteur d'un permis de conduire valide et d'une voiture;-
- Résider autour des secteurs de Joliette ou Rawdon;-
- Maîtriser l'anglais oral afin de desservir une plus vaste clientèle;-
- Être disponible 5 jours par semaine, dont mínimalement une fin de semaine sur trois;-
- Posséder d'excellentes habiletés relationnelles;-
- Avoir un souci du détail;-
- Posséder une expérience en vente/représentation;-
- Avoir des connaissances en immobilier ou dans un domaine connexe à l'habitation;-
- Être en bonne forme physique (marche, transport de matériel, conditions météo);-
- Aimer travailler en équipe (collaboration avec les pairs);-
- Faire preuve d'autonomie;-
