They are aligned with the vision for the Market Center's growth and assist the Growth Team in leveraging the tools of the Growth Initiative to achieve set expectations through recruiting and retaining agents.

Their burning desire is to build the dominant real estate company in their maket. They have a need to lead and influence others.

They can prove this through demonstrating where they have used influence to recruit agents to Keller Williams and their previous companies.

What will you do?

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with Growth Team to recruit new talent
  • Help share the Market Center's value story and culture
  • Research competition and help develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete in market
Communications and Interactions

  • Growth Team daily coordination of efforts and reporting
  • Prospective Sales Associates weekly follow up to join company

Salary:
$45,000.00 per year

Benefits:
