Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, educate, and qualify prospects through outbound activities to create qualified meetings
  • Utilize a consistent multiple contact process to find, nurture, and qualify leads generated by outbound marketing campaigns
  • Conduct conversations with prospects in a consultative way; comfortable managing and overcoming objections
  • Effectively manage the CRM to document prospect interaction, ensuring efficient lead management, and maintain accurate information in CRM per company policies
  • Consistently achieve personal targets (monthly and quarterly) and works well with the sales team
  • Contribute and be involved in the Company Marketing Plan
  • Attend trade shows and networking events as a representative of PGi

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in an outside B2B sales role
  • Be entrepreneurial, look for new ways to succeed and drive more meetings.
  • Must be able to deliver a clear and consistent message to develop interest with decision makers at companies in various industries
  • A talented communicator who can balance scripted parts of the call with interpersonal skills and critical thinking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Wellorganized with the ability to work independently, demonstrating resourcefulness and always maintaining professionalism
  • Selfmotivated, confident, results driven
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Work well with others, contribute to the team environment
