Cake Decorator / Customer Service Representative

Duties:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons
  • Assist customers with inquiries and orders
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Able to decorate cakes, work with fondant and icing

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in following recipes
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and guidelines
  • Experience in the food industry, including food preparation and handling
  • Familiarity with kitchen operations and equipment
  • Baking skills, including cake decorating
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred
