About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Production Specialist to join our team at Sweet Revenge Bakery & Cafe. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and cakes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recipe Execution: Prepare dough and batters according to recipes or special customer orders, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Baking and Decorating: Bake mixed dough and batters, and frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to meet our high standards.
  • Production Planning: Assist in planning and scheduling production to meet customer demand and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure that products meet established standards.
  • Maintenance and Operations: Operate machinery and equipment, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
